Faire Application Process
The application for the Sundog Arts & Entertainment Faire is multi-stage
Stage One: In the month of March all of our members will receive an application form for the Faire. You will have approx two months to fill this out.
Stage Two: The application deadline is April 30th to receive Early Bird pricing. Once the deadline has passed the Sundog office must have received your completed application form, Faire fees, and three to six jpeg images of your original work. All applications once recieved are sorted according to medium. The booth costs are laid out in the application package or by inquiring to the coordinator. Exhibitor booths come fully draped with one table and two chairs. Power supplies are available from ShowTech Electric and an application for power is included in the application package for the Faire.
Stage Three: By the middle of June all applications recieved are juried. The jurying process is done by our eight member Board of Directors using the images submitted as aides for basing the decision on participation in the Faire.
Stage Four: Applicants are informed of their acceptance or waiting list status by the first week of July.
