The Saskatoon Boys Choir entertains our patrons while they are relaxing prior to or just after shopping.

Diversity is the key to the success we have in providing entertainment at 'Sundog' as shown in the next selection of pictures featuring the 'Lastivka Ukranian Orthodox Youth Choir'

Of course no 'Lastivka' performance is complete without a rousing rendition of songs by the male members of this choir.

The ladies of 'Lastivka' entertain with songs that all have a story behind them.

The Chimo Chordsmen bring back many memories with fine renditions of older songs done in full choir or barber shop harmony.

A chair just looking to be filled by one of the many models which Sculptor Hans Holtkamp had sit for him while demonstrating the fine are art of clay sculpting.

Artistry in glass as demonstrated by the selection of items manufactured by 'Glass Act' Winnipeg, Manitoba.

This booth had everything from Votive Candle Holders to Tiffany Floor and Ceiling Lamps, also Window Hangings.

Artistry in wood as shown by 'Gobeil's Intarsia', Albertville, Saskatchewan.

This work gives an appreciation of what can be achieved by a true artisan.

At 'Sundog' we try to showcase a wide variety of mediums not normally seen by the ordinary shopper.

This is demonstrated in the leather sculpture work done by Doug Gibson & Terry McMaster of Dugald, Manitoba.

For artistry with a different flavour, 'Art Etchings' by Mathias Muleme are very admired and coveted by those who wish to break from oils, pastels, or watercolors.

Mathias is from London, Ontario.

The 'Saskatoon Potters Guild' is on hand throughout the the period of the 'Sundog' show to demonstrate the work that goes into making a clay piece.

As this and the next picture demonstrates the 'Sundog Handcraft Faire' is a comfortable venue in which to shop.

Although we have a very large content of artist and crafters, the space at Saskatchewan Place allows for wide aisles which both the exhitors and shoppers alike appreciate very much.

Almost an institution at 'Sundog' the 96th Highlanders Pipes and Drums are sure to revive any shopper that may be getting a bit weary from all of the shopping.

On stage the 'Pipes and Drums' produce a sound that carries throughout the building.

As you can see ' Pipes and Drums' no longer has an age barrier, with the talents of these fine young musicians shining through.

The 'Saskatoon Spinners and Weavers' demonstrate the very basic way strands of wool are produced from the raw product.

Dennis Tkatchuck demonstrates the finer points of 'Basket Weaving' using willow.

Any medium can be utilised as an art form as shown here in the 'Metal Sculptures' of William Keen from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan

Those of us from the Prairies are not to familiar with driftwood as an art form. This medium of choice demonstrates the artistic talents of 'Rosko Creations' of Lac Du Bonnet, Manitoba.

The Saskatchewan Woodworkers Guild always had a crowd around their demonstration booth. It was great to see a lump of wood turn into a work of art on the lathe, the wood turning was just one part of the demonstrations this group performed.

Sports figurines made from wood, just about anything to satisfy any sporting preference or special order from Frank Cvetich of St. Thomas, Ontario.
